Events & Workdays for Hawea Heiau

9-16-18  -  After helping us mālama the marshes, join us upland the following weekend near Hāwea Heiau for a specially scheduled talk-story hosted by Maunalua.net. Though normally on the last Sunday of every month, we had to cancel the last talk-story due to weather concerns. For that reason, we’ve asked Maunalua artisan Mahi La Pierre to come on Sunday, 9/16 to share his 'ike and mana'o about a special topic: niu (coconuts) in Hawaiian practices and customs.
